Evidence - A Cause\Effect Diagram

Please do not apply the exact rules of the cause\effect diagram protocol; they will not apply to the diagram.

 

The diagram defines everything that I could think of that relates to ‘evidence’; what is needed, where it could come from, the integrity of data etc.

 

The diagram is also on the large size, you will need to scroll horizontally to see the full diagram.  I don’t like this but if I made the diagram any smaller you wouldn’t be able to make the text out.
